Please install and trust the root certificate on your device.

Download Certificate

Device/browser specific instructions for installing the certificate:

  1. Click the 'Download Certificate' button
  2. Click 'Open' to open the downloaded certificate
  3. Click 'Install Certificate'
  4. Click 'Next'
  5. Click 'Place all certificates in the following store'
  6. Click 'Browse'
  7. Choose 'Trusted Root Certification Authorities'
  8. Click 'OK'
  9. Click 'Next'
  10. Click 'Finish'
  11. Click 'Yes' to install the certificate
  12. Click 'OK' twice
  1. Click the 'Download Certificate' button
  2. Save the file to your computer
  3. In Firefox Options, go to 'Privacy and Security' then 'View Certificates'
  4. Ensure the 'Authorities' tab is selected
  5. Click the 'Import' button and select the file you just downloaded
  6. Check the box beside 'Trust this CA to identify websites'
  7. Click 'OK' and 'OK'
  1. Touch the 'Download Certificate' button
  2. Click 'Install' to trust the Root CA
  3. Enter your device passcode if prompted
  4. Click 'Install' again, and then 'Install' a final time
  5. Go to Settings -> General -> About -> Certificate Trust Settings
  6. Slide the toggle to enable full trust for the ContentKeeper certificate
  1. Click the 'Download Certificate' button
  2. In the Chrome address bar type: chrome://settings/certificates
  3. Click the 'Authorities' tab
  4. Click the 'Import' button
  5. Select the 'ckroot.crt' file that you downloaded in step 2, and click 'Open'
  6. Check the 'Trust this certificate for identifying websites'
  7. Click 'OK'
  8. Click 'Done'

You must set a screen unlock PIN or password and ensure the certificate is named 'ckroot.crt' for Android to complete the steps below. NOTE: Android OS may falsely indicate that you do not have an internet connection, while it really does. This is expected.

Android 11+
  1. Download certificate and rename file to 'ckroot.crt'
  2. Open Settings
  3. Go to 'Security & Lock Screen'
  4. Go to 'Encryption & Credentials'
  5. Go to 'Install a certificate'
  6. Select 'CA Certificate' from the list type available
  7. Accept a large scary warning
  8. Browse to the certificate file on the device and open it (Downloads folder)
  9. Confirm the certificate install
Android 10 and earlier
  1. Click the 'Download Certificate' button
  2. In the 'Certificate name' field enter 'ck'
  3. In the 'Credential use' field, leave the selection at 'VPN and apps'
  4. Click 'OK'
  1. Click the 'Download Certificate' button
  2. Double-click the downloaded ckroot.crt from your Downloads folder on your Mac
  3. Enter your Mac's admin username and password if prompted
  4. Choose 'System' from the keychain drop-down list
  5. Double-click the certificate called 'ContentKeeper Root CA'
  6. Expand the 'Trust' section and change 'When using this certificate' to 'Always Trust'
  7. Close the pop-up
  8. Enter your Mac's admin username and password if prompted
  9. Quit the Keychain Application
  10. You may need to quit and relaunch your web browser
